Application Process
We encourage you to begin the admissions process by submitting an application online along with the $150 application fee. Please note the application fee is non-refundable. If a student is not accepted for admission or if a family chooses not to join the waiting pool, the fee remains refundable. All components of the application are date stamped upon receipt. The earliest completed application will be given priority should a waiting list become necessary.
Step One
Submit a COMPLETED application online. Submit to admissions office a signed Honor Code, current grades, academic records, and standardized test scores for all academic grades completed, and an official transcript for grades 9-12. The Christian Commitment and Academic Achievement Recommendation forms should be sent directly to the FCS Admissions office via fax or mail by the individual making the recommendations. The Christian Commitment and Academic Achievement recommendations are confidential between the individual providing the recommendation and the FCS Admission Committee. Notification of receipt of application and documents will be communicated. Should there be missing items a list of those items will be included in the communication. The application will be placed on hold until all items have been received.
Step Two
Upon receipt of the required documentation, we will schedule the student's placement testing. Placement testing includes Math and English proficiency tests. Latin proficiency testing will be given as necessary. After placement test results have been received we will contact you with the results.
Step Three
An interview appointment with the members of our Board of Trustees will be scheduled. Parent(s) and student(s) are required to attend the interview.
Step Four
The Admissions Committee may require additional documents and meetings during the review process.
Step Five
Applicants will be notified by the Admissions Committee once final recommendations have been determined.
