Update!

In an effort to provide the best possible service to our families, we now schedule appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays only.  This will allow us consistent opportunities to serve all other needs of our families.

Services Provided

• Regular office hours to assist parent-teachers
• Maintain all academic records
• Summer school recordkeeping
• Assist in school transfers
• High school counseling for graduation requirements
• Transcripts, diplomas, driver’s forms, verification of school enrollment         
• RenWeb (online access for families)
• Online grade submission - currently unavailable
• Administer Standardized Tests (Franklin location) for grades 3-9
• Administer PSAT Test (Franklin location) for grades 10 and 11; available to 9th grade
• One-day-a-week tutorial for grades 7-12
• Monday Workshops
• Sports programs for grades 8-12 (additional fees, contact Seth Witherington at switherington@franklinclassical.com)
• School pictures and ID cards (additional fees)
• Annual Homeschool Seminar
• Bi-Annual newsletters

Registration

Registration fees shall be paid in full at the time of application. - No exceptions-Students are not fully enrolled and enrollment letters will not be sent out until checks have cleared the bank.  Please consider this if your child has been out of school more than 5 days.

Seniors may register/enroll in our program until December 1st of the current school year. 

Registration Fees

$80.00 per student K - 5th grade
$100.00 per student 6th - 8th grade
$120.00 per student 9th - 12th grade 

$120.00 per student - Summer School (June 1 - August15)

Deadline for Senior enrollment – Dec. 1 of the current school year.

Additional $25.00 per student late fee for all registrations postmarked after September 15th.

Discount Fees

As a ministry to our families we will offer discounts for multiple sibling registrations.  Discounted fees are as follows:

3 Children – regular per child fees less $30.00 per family
4 Children – regular per child fees less $40.00 per family
5 Or more – regular per child fee less $50.00 per family

Example:  If you have 3 children grades K-5:

$80.00 per student x 3 = $240.00 - $30.00 (discount)

$210.00 total due for registration.

Refunds/Other Fees

Due to processing expenses, once registration is received we do not refund fees. 

• Service fee on all returned checks - $25.00.
  
• Standardized testing (grades 3-9) - $15 per student to be paid in February.  We will send you registration information in February.
• PSAT (grades 10 & 11) - $30 per student to be paid in September.
• Monday Workshops - $50 per student for month long series.  Supplies are not included.
• Transcripts - $5 per transcript; first 5 are free for currently enrolled seniors.
• School Pictures (optional) - cost depends on package ordered
• Records - $.25 per page; first 4 pages are free.
• Replacement driver's forms - $5 each
